I only got stung once when I was jumping to shake them off. One landed on my thigh right where my hand came down to brace myself.
Other than that it was kinda fun in a weird sort of way. It was kind of uncomfortable when I had all that weight hanging off of their little tarsal claws, and it was weird when they kept crawling in my ears (good thing I had cotton in there).

How to take care of Carpenter Bee nests. As large bees fly around your head you may wander what to do about them. These are carpenter bees, they bore and damage your wooden structures. And they are quite easy to take care of.
